Who We Are

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants established in the year 1992 in Calicut with three partners. We have commenced our operations in Chennai also in the same year, established our branch in Kottayam in the year 1995 and introduced a fourth partner. We spread our wings to the state of Karnataka by commencing our operations in Bangalore in the year 2012. In 2014 we have enlarged our firm size by introducing two more partners.

Our aim is to provide value added professional service to our clients in various fields of finance, accounting and taxation with the tremendous experience gained by our expert team. We believe in providing quality value added service to our clients with highest ethical standards as each such service shall be a step forward to the achievement of our vision.

We have build up a network of dedicated expert professionals to meet the varying requirements of our clients .In the process of rendering dedicated service to our clients we have earned an excellent reputation and acceptance from the society and general public at large.

We are having a team of 50 Members including  Qualified CA’S, Audit staff & Article Assistants and supporting staff having experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Propriety Audit, Concurrent Audit, Company Law Matters, Direct Tax and related areas, Indirect Tax and related areas, Management Consulting.
