Commerce graduate and Qualified Law graduate who became Chartered Accountant in the year 1986 and became Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1991.Subsequently acquired Diploma in Information System Audit, post qualification course conducted by ICAI. He has presented papers on various topics like Code of ethics and Professional Misconduct for Chartered Accountants, various aspects of Taxation direct and indirect, banking, Capital Markets etc for Chartered Accountants forum, business community, students and general public at large. He has served the profession in various capacities like President of the Calicut Chartered Accountants Association, Secretary of the Calicut Branch of SIRC of ICAI and Chairman of the Calicut branch of the Southern India Chartered Accountants Students Association.His deep concern for the society made him work for the people around and served in various capacities like President of SGS Sabha Calicut,Editor for Saraswathivani, a publication of SGS Sabha,Treasurer, Secretary and President of Lions Club of Calicut(Mid Town)and Zone Chairman of Lions District 324-E2.

Science graduate who became Chartered Accountant in the year 1988 and became Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1993.Subsequently acquired Diploma in Information System Audit, post qualification course conducted by ICAI. He has served the Profession and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as Elected Member of the Southern India Regional Council for a term of 3 years. During this period he has served the institute as Chairman of various committees like students committee, Library Committee, etc. He has served as the Chairman of the Southern India Chartered Accountants Students Association. He has also served ICAI as Treasurer of the Southern India Regional Council during the year 2009-10. He has also served as member of various other committees like Regional Library Committee, Executive Committee, Editorial Committee, Government Accounting Committee, Infrastructure committee, Regional Audit Committee, Protection Committee, Professional Development Committee, Career Counselling Committee, and Hospitality Committee. He has actively participated in meetings of the Study Groups conducted by SIRC of ICAI for revising the Guidance Note on Tax Audit 2005, Various Accounting Standards, Committee for reviewing the opinion of the expert advisory committee of ICAI . He has also served as co-opted member for various committees like Financial Markets & Investors protection committee, and Continuing Professional Education Committee of SIRC of ICAI. He has presented papers in various forums of Chartered Accountants on various topics of professional interest. Life member of bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Member of International Chamber of Indirect Tax Practioners and an active Rotarian and freemason.

He has served the Profession as Secretary of the Calicut Branch of the SIRC of ICAI and currently the Vice-Chairman of the Calicut Branch of SIRC OF ICAI. He is an active Rotarian, Past President and District officer of Rotary Club and Treasurer of Sreenarayana Educational Society.

Having done her education in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chennai, Graduated B. Com from Madras University,Qualified as Chartered Account in 2016 and became a Member of the Institute. Being in active practice of the profession since she qualified,and is in charge of Bengaluru office of the firm. She has also successfully completed the post qualification Certificate courses, Forex and Treasury Management and Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She has been associated with the firm SVM Associates as an article student and completed her CA course from the firm and continued her association with the firm and became a partner in the firm in the year 2016.
She has got wide experience in Corporate Audits, Direct and Indirect taxation, Project Consultancy and Management, intricacies of Non – Profit making organizations, Audit of Banks and financial Institutions, FOREX Audits, Corporate law and allied matters.
She has managed the affairs of the firm at Chennai and Bengaluru offices independently and has represented clients before various authorities successfully over the period.

Experience as Audit Associate with M/s Kreston Menon Chartered Accountants (Formerly Morisson Menon Chartered Accountants) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from November 2019 to November 2021. Handled audit assignments independently and also part of audit team for various clients including listed entities and group audit assignments.
Presently partner in M/s SVM Associates since June 2022 handling tax and audit assignments.
Actively participates in various programs and seminar conducted by Kozhikode Branch of SIRC.
